Addison, TX (Oct. 16, 2020) – Talent Corps, the workforce partner that strengthens profitability and careers, has named three new managers for its regional operations. Together, these individuals will lead the company’s mission to Strengthen America’s Workforce each of their markets.
Justin Brown joined Talent Corps as Mid-Atlantic Market Manager following more than eight years in successful business development roles with general and specialty staffing firms throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Justin attended Fairmont State University and West Virginia University. Away from the office, Brown is member board of directors of Athletes Without Borders.
Ron Smith heads Talent Corps Southeast market where he’s responsible for the company’s growth and customer relationship management. Based in Tampa, his background includes roles in human resources, sales management, training and recruiting, all for the U.S. Marine Corps. Smith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Post University.
Rick Ruenes, a staffing industry veteran, joined Talent Corps Texas Market Manager. His prior experience includes regional manager roles in both construction and general staffing with a number of well-known national and local staffing firms. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Mary’s University.
